Three steps on our side

  1. We visit and verify your property

    Your ID, the property title and every room, photographed with sealed photos on the day.

  2. We publish it for incoming students

    In English and Spanish, with what we verified and what we didn't.

  3. We prepare the contract

    Between you and the student, in Spanish and English. The student pays you directly.

For your peace of mind

  • What we ask for and why: your ID and a current property title certificate, only to confirm you're the owner. They're never published.
  • What gets published: photos, neighbourhood, price and what we verified. Your exact address is only shared with the student who books.
  • A record of your property's condition: the sealed photos from our visit show how it was that day, and anyone can check they weren't edited.
  • Your personal data is handled according to our privacy policy.
