We take every photo ourselves, cryptographically sealed.

The place exists, but not as listed: damp, no heating, a smaller room.

We check heating, hot water and damp in person, and publish what we find.

A listing from someone who doesn't own the place, or doesn't even exist.

A contract we prepare, and you pay an owner whose identity we checked.
What we verify
Verified: The place exists and matches its photos
Verified: The person renting it is who they say, and has the right to rent it
Verified: Heating, hot water, damp, windows and locks, on the day of our visit

Not verified: Noise, neighbours, or how the street feels at night
Not verified: Changes after our visit. Your own sealed move-in photos cover those
