We live here. If something happens, we go in person.
We're Pedro Pablo and Carlos, and we live in Concepción. We saw exchange students we knew lose their money to rentals that didn't exist, and we decided to do something about it: visit every place ourselves.

- Visit every place before it's published
- Take and seal every photo
- Check the owner's ID and property title
- Prepare the contract in English and Spanish
What we never do
- Publish an exact address
- Publish the owner's documents
- Receive the rent or the deposit
